COLE ENJOYING LILLE

Joe Cole said that he is enjoying his days playing for Lille.

He has played some wonderful matches in Liverpool, but has only really returned to his very best now that he is playing in France. He recently Cole scored a hatrick in the Coupe de France - the first of his career.

Cole has put in some great performances after coming to Lille, and is one of the team's most important players. He said that he is enjoying his football career in France, with his family settling in well in France too.

When asked about his future planning, Cole could not give any particular answer. He is quite happy with his present club and also enjoying playing for them. But, one of the most important barriers is the language barrier. He said that in the dressing home he still faces lots of problems which solely is due to the language barrier.

He was asked whether he misses English football, to which he replied by saying that, truly speaking, he misses the English dressing room, but is enjoyng actually playing as much in France as he did in England.

Speaking to this website, Cole said that French language is very tough. He cannot understand a single word of his team-mates in the dressing room, which means he can't enjoy the jokes of his colleagues and the usual football banter, which is proving to be very frustrating for Cole.

He admitted that at certain times he misses those English stadiums where he has been playing for years. But, from his words it was quite clear that this footballer is quite confused about his future days in Lille.

Cole's return to form has left him on the fringe of the England team, with the latest Euro 2012 odds making him a slim favourite to be included in the 23-man squad, especially if former manager Harry Redknapp takes the reins.
